Grievance Redressal

We value your satisfaction and want to provide you with the best service possible. That’s why we have created a system that helps you find the most suitable solution for your problem in a timely manner. Please read and understand this system so that you can get the most out of it. You can also browse our Help Center that offer a lot of information and guidance for our customers. If you still have questions or concerns that are not answered by our help pages, you can contact our customer support team through various channels. You can email us with your query and expect a quick response. The app’s help center is a very effective way to resolve most of your issues quickly and easily. If you are still not satisfied with the solution that you get from our customer support team, you can ask for a higher level of support. You can escalate your issue to a senior manager or a supervisor who will review your case and try to find a better solution for you. But please make sure that you have tried the previous levels of support first before escalating your issue. We want to make sure that your issue is handled by the right person and in the right way. In case you escalate then make sure to provide previous conversation context and the relevant ticket number from your last exchange. You can expect your queries to be resolved within 24 working hours.

Grievance Redressal for reaching out to lender(NBFC)

If the grievance is not resolved by NIRA within ten days of lodging the grievance, or if the customer is not satisfied with the response received from NIRA the customer may approach the Lender to have such grievance resolved.
